I wasn’t just selling properties; I was structuring deals, coordinating with city planning, and helping builders turn single lots into profitable projects. My role was simple: find opportunities others missed, back them with strategy, and execute until the project was standing on the ground.”
We have acquired multiple corner properties throughout the Willowdale core, strategically located between Finch and Sheppard.
Each site was carefully severed into three street-fronting lots, maximizing frontage, value, and build efficiency.
This repeatable model has been executed across some of the area’s most active residential streets.
